- True Swiss tournaments have a predetermined number of rounds, allowing as many to enter the tournament to play all rounds. LadderBux awards are based on the number of wins the player attains in the tournament. It is possible in this format not to have an overall tournament winner. Players are permitted to withdraw between rounds.
